the show will feature Sherbet, Hush, John Paul Young, Leo Sayer, James Reyne, Mondo Rock, Renee Geyer, Jon English, Chantoozies, Alex Smith (Moving Pictures), Choirboys, Brian Canham (Pseudo Echo), James Freud & Sean Kelly (Models), Swanee, Jo Jo Zep, Brian Mannix (Uncanny X-Men), Cheetah, Shane Howard (Goanna), Scott Carne (Kids In The Kitchen), Eurogliders, Dave Sterry (Real Life), Billy Miller (The Ferrets), Stephen Cummings (The Sports), Frankie J. Holden & Wilbur Wilde (Ol’ 55), Joe Dolce, Paul Norton and Wendy Stapleton (The Rocketts).
The night will be hosted by the original Countdown host Ian “Molly” Meldrum.

This is going to be the most exciting few weeks (def planning for sydney and brisbane)

Well its been a hectic few weeks...
I havent had time to stop.... and even less time to update you all with what I have been doing.
will give u all a quick run down though...
BB has started!!!! does anyone really expect me to have time to do anything now that I walk around in a daze each day having had a sleepless night watching UPLATE each night. I hope everyone has been voting for UPLATE as being their favourite show at OK - HERES THE LINK AGAIN...

I was lucky enough to go to the nominations last Monday night... spent the day with a friend down the coast... oh and somewhere else that weekend I think John and I actually went out for dinner alone!!!!
Dancing every afternoon for jade... or cheersports..or whatever it is that day....
had a nice day at seaworld this past weekend... will be making a few trips down over the next year...now I have a yearly pass... so if you ever plan on going...sing out... I will come!
have been scrapping a lot lately... lots of daily challenges... helping me get rid of the pile of photos I have piling up -

Yes, Julie has tagged me - so here goes.
What scrapbook products/lines do you like/ dislike?
LIKE - well I love everything that I have in my collection...that I insisted I had to have at some stage... which I will use one day!!!
dislike- well have never been fussed on my quickkutz.... but otherwise I like everything... I am going to use it one day!!!

What technique do you use more than anything else? I dont use any- stick it down...nice and simple is me...

What is the smallest scrap of paper you save? well... I dont usually save them... but I still manage to have a collection building up.

Have you had any scrapping related injuries? only the usual paper cuts... oh and I dropped a box of cardstock on my foot once and peeled off the toenail..my own fault... I should have had shoes on.

Finish this sentence…'If I weren’t a scrapbooker/stamper, I’d spend my money on my other passion... jet setting around after my fav bands - I am not a groupie though!!!!

Give your best storage organisational tool - my old tv unit that holds 12x12 perfectly... great space for albums and paper storage- where you would normally put your dvd/video audio equiptment etc...

You just won a week long scrapping cruise for 5. I would have to take my scrapping buddies... although not sure if I can put up with them for too long... so might have to throw them overboard since they have great scrapbook stashes... I can have them when they are lost at sea!!! They all do wonderful layouts too...I can just peel off their photos and add mine... I can come off the cruise..having looked like I have done a lot... with albums of completed layouts... and I will have spent the whole time lazing by the pool!!!

When you received your first publication notification, who did you tell? I think I told my mum.... although I dont think she really cared... I had to then tell Jade and matthew as they had to help me find it in the albums..

ANOTHER NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN!!!

Well- tonight I went with my old friend Tadii to see Russell Crowe... a big thank you to MMM for leaving my name on the door... it was FANTASTIC... similar to the last time I saw him in Sydney (2 weeks ago) but equally great... I cant wait to go again next week...otherwise a very non eventful day for me... I am looking forward to going away tomorrow to spend the night with my friend Meg up at the sunshine coast... I have a bottle of wine packed- we'll probably order some take out and have a night in!!! of course I am taking Jade with me so we have to be back on friday as she has dancing! Still school hols for her...back to school next week!
only a few more sleeps until BB!!!

I think I see too many movies...today we saw Failure to Launch... even with Matthew Mc in it..it failed to launch any real excitment in me... although it was funny in parts...we then went out for lunch and did a bit of shopping... I hate shopping for Jade...nothing ever fits..or is what she wants... why is it everything is full of sparkles and flowers...all we wanted were plain denim jeans... and we came home empty handed! I should have done more shopping in Melbourne..

I have fitted a lot into the last 2 weeks... I went to Sydney to see Russell Crow after a wonderful friend took me to the Vanguard to see him for my birthday...lovely dinner and RC was really good! I cant wait to buy the CD. I cant wait for him to appear up here in Brisbane... I was home for a few days.. went to a weekend crop - then left again on the thursday for Melbourne to go and see UNCANNY X MEN. Pretty boring time in Melbourne with the exception of the gig... but the highlight was also seeing Scott Carne from Kids in the kitchen... I am of course planning another trip down there soon...why is it all the good bands play Melbourne... weather down there was wet and cold... but that wont stop me of course!
Birthday was a bit of a NON EVENT... I did take myself shopping at melbourne markets..and of course brought stuff for jade (not myself) John, Jade and I all went to the seafood smorg at the local club for dinner ..thats always nice... nothing tastes better than chilli muscles and fresh king prawns. Its enough to make your mouth water!!! we wont mention EVER what I was given for my present... but please... if ever visiting dont comment on my NEW DOORMAT at the front door.
anyway must leave it here for now... remember...only 6 more sleeps to BB!!!

I dont know how I keep up with myself- so I dont honestly expect you to keep up with me either... its monday (I think) and in only 6 more sleeps our sundays will change forever...well at least for the next few months... our nightly television viewing will too... will we like the new housemates?? will they be cute?? all will be answered in 6 more sleeps!!! it seems like only yesterday that I had numerous all nighters while staying up chatting on yahoo cuddled under my doona while watching mike on uplate-with only 6 more sleeps until it all starts again!!!

check in here I guess each week for my BIG BROTHER report on the eviction- and to find out what band I am seeing when and where!! oh and if you are lucky... and I have the time..you might get to see a few layouts now and then too (when do I ever find the time to scrap!!!)
